The restaurant name 'MITSUBA Restaurant' is derived from the Japanese words 'clover' in English and 'trefleur' in French.
The word 'trefleur' means 'always think of me', 'promise' or 'happiness'.
We had a bistro in Japan called 'Tréfle'.
